Karakul is wholly owned exploration licence 4412-EL, covering 170 square kilometres in the North Balkhash region. It lies approximately six kilometres south of Dalnee and expands the combined Kazakhstan package to 335 square kilometres within the Balkhash-Ili Volcanic Belt.
