Buntine comprises nine granted exploration licences over approximately 1,876 square kilometres southeast of Lake Argyle. Historical rock sampling and drilling identified copper, lead, zinc, cobalt, nickel and manganese anomalism across several target areas, but the project has no current Mineral Resource. Barkly accelerated reconnaissance mapping and sampling in 2026 and submitted samples for assay, with follow-up work planned after results are received.
