Barkly Rare Earths Limited is an Australian explorer advancing two wholly owned Northern Territory portfolios. Its flagship Barkly Project hosts shallow JORC 2012 Inferred resources for rare earths and vanadium and is undergoing a 10,000-metre resource-expansion campaign, while the Buntine Project is an early-stage sediment-hosted base-metals target. The company completed an A$8 million IPO and began trading on ASX in January 2026. Barkly retains all non-uranium rights at its flagship project, while DevEx Resources may earn 75% of the uranium rights by funding A$3.5 million of exploration over five years.
