Azure Minerals Limited is a Western Australian lithium, nickel and gold developer whose flagship asset is the Andover Project. SH Mining Pty Ltd acquired all Azure shares under a cash scheme in May 2024, and Azure is now a wholly owned private subsidiary jointly controlled by SQM and Hancock interests.
