Azarga Uranium Corp. was a Canadian-listed uranium developer focused on United States in-situ recovery projects. Its principal assets were the permitted-stage Dewey Burdock project in South Dakota and PEA-stage Gas Hills project in Wyoming, supported by resource-stage and exploration assets in Wyoming, Colorado and Utah. enCore Energy acquired all outstanding Azarga shares under a plan of arrangement completed December 31, 2021, and Azarga's public listing ended in January 2022.
