Passendro is AXMIN's claimed wholly owned feasibility-stage gold project north of Bambari. A 2011 NI 43-101 bankable feasibility study defined conventional open pits and gravity-CIL processing, but the company has had no site access since 2012 and its latest public update says the properties were confiscated. The mineral title is disputed and the company has pursued an international-arbitration strategy rather than active mine development.
