Oculus is a 2,550-hectare early-stage rare-earth project in central Labrador, approximately 110 kilometres northeast of Churchill Falls and 20 kilometres east of the Orma Lake hydro access road. Historic surface sampling returned TREO values as high as 5.67%, but the property has not been drilled and has no compliant mineral-resource estimate.
