Australian Strategic Materials Limited is an integrated rare-earths and critical-materials producer and developer. Its Korean Metals Plant in Ochang produces and sells NdPr metal and NdFeB alloy at commercial scale and is expanding toward 3,600 tonnes per year of alloy capacity. ASM is also advancing an active Heap Leach Option PFS for its fully permitted, 100%-owned Dubbo polymetallic project in New South Wales and evaluating a proposed American Metals Plant. Energy Fuels has agreed to acquire ASM through concurrent share and option schemes that remained pending at 22 July 2026.
