Australian Pacific Coal Limited is an Australian coal producer whose principal asset is an 80% direct interest in the Dartbrook Coal Mine in New South Wales. Dartbrook declared commercial production in December 2024 but returned to care and maintenance after receivers took control of the secured mine assets in July 2025. AQC now assumes its project interest has no value while the receiver runs a sale process; it also retains the Matuan Downs bentonite property and a 10% interest in the Blackwood coal exploration joint venture in Queensland.
