The Aurora Uranium Project is an open-pit-constrained uranium development asset in Malheur County, Oregon, now owned by Eagle Nuclear Energy. The current S-K 1300 estimate contains 53.42 Mt of Indicated resources at 278 ppm U3O8 and 8.96 Mt of Inferred resources at 252 ppm U3O8. A 2024 scoping study outlined an 11-year open-pit case, but Eagle is undertaking new environmental, drilling and engineering work toward a PFS. Aurora Energy Metals sold the project in February 2026 and has no current project ownership or operating responsibility. Its economic interest is a retained 1% NSR, subject to Eagle buyback rights, plus separate Eagle equity and contingent milestone consideration.
