Aurora Energy Metals is an ASX-listed uranium and strategic-minerals explorer. It owns the Metalbelt Western Australian uranium exploration portfolio acquired in December 2025 and is evaluating additional complementary opportunities. Aurora sold Oregon Energy and the Aurora Uranium Project to Eagle Nuclear Energy in February 2026. Its continuing exposure comprises 1,710,991 Eagle shares, up to US$10 million of milestone-linked Eagle equity and a retained 1% net smelter return royalty; it no longer owns or operates the Oregon project.
