Aurion Resources is a delisted Finnish gold explorer acquired by Agnico Eagle Mines on June 15, 2026. Before closing, Aurion held a district-scale Central Lapland portfolio led by the wholly owned Risti property and a 30% interest in Fingold Ventures, alongside earlier-stage wholly owned gold and critical-minerals properties. The issuer is now an Agnico subsidiary and no longer has an independent public-market valuation.
