Ecru comprises 112 unpatented mining claims plus leased ground covering approximately 1,316 hectares in Lander County, Nevada, directly northeast of the Robertson deposit. Aurbis acquired a 100% interest effective April 10, 2026, subject to a non-buyable 2% net-smelter-return royalty to Orogen Royalties. Mapping and sampling have identified multiple hornfels zones, and high-definition magnetic, LiDAR and photogrammetry surveys are complete; no mineral resource or economic study exists.
