Medcalf is a wholly owned 38-square-kilometre development project around 100 kilometres southwest of Norseman. The January 2026 PFS contemplates shallow open-pit mining, simple crushing and screening, and road haulage of high-titanium lump and fine ore to Esperance; primary environmental approval and the mining lease are granted, while secondary approvals, financing and a final access-road option remain outstanding.
