Villeta is a planned 145 MW renewable-power-to-fertiliser facility designed to produce 260,000 tonnes per year of low-carbon calcium ammonium nitrate. FEED, environmental and social assessment, a fixed-price US$465 million EPC contract, a ten-year full-production Yara offtake, US$665 million of debt and equity arrangements and unconditional FID are complete; however, first disbursement and the construction notice remain blocked by unresolved power-purchase arrangements.
