Flat Bay is Atlas Salt's operating gypsum property in western Newfoundland. Commercial extraction began in July 2018, and a third-party mining-services arrangement provides mining and sales in return for a net tonnage fee. A development-plan update was approved in March 2025; the issuer's current project page reports 160,000 tonnes of gypsum and anhydrite sold in 2021.
