An unaffiliated lessee mines and transports run-of-mine material to its nearby plant for concentration to approximately 64% Fe sinter feed, while Atlas receives a contract-indexed payment per tonne extracted. Atlas Lithium's economic exposure is through its 20.26% interest in Atlas Critical Minerals.
