Ewoyaa is Atlantic Lithium's feasibility-stage, conventional open-pit spodumene project in Ghana's Central Region. The current JORC estimate contains 3.7 Mt Measured at 1.37% Li2O, 26.1 Mt Indicated at 1.24% and 7.0 Mt Inferred at 1.15%; the DFS reserve is 25.6 Mt Probable at 1.22% Li2O. Atlantic currently retains 77.5% of its Ghana portfolio interest under the project agreement and Elevra holds 22.5%, while the Government of Ghana is entitled to a 13% free carry once production begins. The Mining Lease was ratified in March 2026 and the EPA and Mine Operating permits are granted; Elevra's conditional transfer of its rights to Huayou and Huayou's separate proposed acquisition of Atlantic have not completed.
