Atlantic Lithium is an ASX-, AIM- and GSE-listed lithium developer advancing the Ewoyaa Lithium Project in Ghana. Parliament ratified Ewoyaa's Mining Lease in March 2026, completing the principal permitting sequence before project financing and a final investment decision. The company also owns the early-stage Agboville and Rubino lithium exploration licences in Côte d'Ivoire. Atlantic entered a binding, conditional scheme under which Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt proposes to acquire all issued shares for approximately US$210 million, with implementation targeted for December 2026.
