Donald covers adjoining MIN5532 and RL2002 in Victoria and is being advanced as a shallow open-pit rare-earth and mineral-sands operation. The current presentation reports a 1.81 billion tonne mineral resource containing 2.1 Mt of in-situ TREO and 22 Mt of in-situ zircon, while the 31 December 2025 reserve totals 728 Mt. Phase 1 has a completed BFS and all major development approvals, and a PFS-level update evaluates a later Phase 2 expansion. Energy Fuels had earned 11.15% by May 2026 and can earn 49% by funding most Phase 1 project equity, leaving Astron with 51% at full earn-in.
