Astron Limited is an Australian rare-earth and mineral-sands company. Its flagship Donald joint venture in Victoria has completed a Phase 1 bankable feasibility study and a later PFS-level Phase 2 expansion study, while the wholly owned adjoining Jackson deposit remains a longer-dated exploration asset. Astron also operates the commercial Yingkou mineral separation plant in China and retains a passive 5% royalty exposure to the divested Niafarang project in Senegal. The current Australian parent replaced Astron Corporation Limited through an August 2025 redomicile without changing the ATR listing code.
