Spargoville is the wholly owned Maximus portfolio acquired in 2025, adjacent to Mandilla and containing Wattle Dam, Eagles Nest, Larkinville, Hilditch and 5B. The current gold resource totals 139 koz; its tenure also hosts the KOMIR-funded Lefroy lithium farm-in and other mineral-right arrangements, but no Spargoville ore is included in the current Mandilla PFS.
