Aston Minerals was an Australian-listed explorer whose principal asset was the Edleston gold and nickel-cobalt project in Ontario. Torque Metals acquired every Aston share and the relevant scheme options on 10 June 2025; Aston was removed from the ASX Official List that day and its former mineral portfolio is now held within the Torque group.
