Utah Brine Corporation has exclusive access to inactive wells, leases and infrastructure contributed by Ascent and American Helium for brine sampling, testwork and possible lithium-potash extraction. Ascent has no operating or capital obligation and holds a 2.5 to 3.5 percent gross-smelter-return royalty on covered future product sales.
