Ascent owns a 49 percent non-operated interest in about 119,000 acres of producing and prospective oil and gas leases operated by American Helium. The Paradox Basin portfolio contains natural gas with measured helium of up to about 1 percent in certain wells and is intended to tie into the Lisbon Valley processing plant.
