Loreto is a wholly owned copper exploration project in northern Chile subject to an option and joint-venture agreement with Teck Resources Chile. Teck can earn up to 75% through US$0.6 million of payments and US$17 million of committed exploration expenditure, but work remains dependent on securing surface access with landowners and communities.
