Niagara is a 499.61-square-kilometre bauxite project approximately 70 kilometres northeast of Mamou. Its March 2025 JORC estimate defines 184.6 Mt of Indicated and Inferred bauxite resources, and the July 2026 permit release confirms that the estimate's assumptions remain current. Guinea granted a new initial three-year industrial exploration permit to Arrow's wholly owned Mineralfields Bauxite subsidiary on 15 July 2026. Arrow has begun planning renewed fieldwork and says it will move to completion under the amended vendor agreement. Major Scoping Study components were complete by December 2025, but results and economics have not been published, so the formal stage remains Exploration.
