Stepnoe and Ekidos are exploration licences held through an 80/20 participation agreement with Copperbelt AG's local affiliate. The filed agreement gives Arras a conditional right to acquire the remaining participation interest for US$1.5 million after meeting the applicable exploration-spend threshold.
