Elemes covers approximately 531.2 square kilometres and includes the Elemes and Aimandai licences. Current targets include Berezski North, Central and East, K-Ozek, Novii and Aimandai; all published grades are exploration intercepts, not mineral resources. The issuer markets the licence as fully controlled after Teck's exit, while the filed Maikain participation agreement discloses Arras's 80% interest and Orogen LLP's 20% interest with a conditional buyout right.
