The regional Bozshakol group includes Arras targets such as Shirderty, Bozshakol South, Tort Kuduk and Bozshakol Extension, including licences held through the Maikain participation structure. Teck funded US$4.972 million of generative work in 2024-2025 but terminated its alliance without earning an interest in February 2026; Arras retained control of the alliance package, subject to the separately disclosed local 80/20 participation rights.
