ArPetrol Ltd., formerly RPT Resources Ltd., was a Calgary-based oil-and-gas producer and gas processor whose Argentine operations included the Faro Virgenes concession and processing plant. It sold substantially all operating assets to ENAP in May 2016, distributed most net proceeds, delisted RPT from the TSX Venture Exchange in September 2016 and formally dissolved on December 20, 2016. The modern Australian Raptor Resources and Raptor Metals businesses are unrelated to this historical ticker.
