Cactus is a brownfield porphyry copper development in Pinal County, Arizona, on privately controlled land near Casa Grande. The current ASCU PFS contemplates open-pit mining, heap leaching and SX-EW production of LME Grade A copper cathode; Hudbay acquired the company in June 2026 and intends to update that PFS using its own design assumptions.
