Arizona Sonoran Copper Company Inc. is the wholly owned Hudbay subsidiary that holds the Cactus porphyry copper development near Casa Grande, Arizona. ASCU shares were delisted in June 2026 after Hudbay completed its all-share acquisition; Hudbay is now integrating Cactus and intends to update its pre-feasibility study.
