Tavsan achieved first on-site gold-silver pour in December 2025 and completed ramp-up by July 2026. Zenit operates the mine at about 4,000 tonnes per day with approximately 70% expected heap-leach recovery; Ariana retains 9.9% of Zenit after its May 2026 partial divestment.
