Kiziltepe has produced since 2017 and includes the mine plus Kepez, Kizilcukur and Ivrindi satellite resources. In July 2026 the sector assets and liabilities were separated from Zenit through an in-specie distribution, leaving Ariana with a 9.9% interest in the new entity while a possible sale to Proccea is evaluated.
