Rincon comprises up to 8,606 hectares of mining concessions and easement rights in Salta Province and is held by Puna Mining S.A., in which Argosy has a current 77.5% interest and a pathway to 90% after funding the commercial stage. The project has an approved environmental assessment, a suspended demonstration facility and an in-progress 12,000tpa DFS focused initially on solid lithium chloride before downstream carbonate or hydroxide evaluation.
