Arcosa, Inc. is a U.S. infrastructure-products company whose Construction Products segment operates natural and recycled aggregates, specialty materials, asphalt and construction-site-support businesses. Its 63 active mines produced 33.3 million tons in 2025; the company also manufactures utility, traffic, lighting, telecom and wind structures. CRH agreed in June 2026 to acquire Arcosa, subject to stockholder and regulatory approvals.
