Archon holds a 2.3% gross production royalty over the Buffer Zone mineral claims and leases forming an outer ring around Ekati's core diamond-producing pipes. Archon bears no capital or operating costs under the royalty. The underlying Ekati operation entered receivership on July 14, 2026 and is transitioning to care and maintenance, reclamation and closure.
