The Liberia operation mines Tokadeh-area iron formations and transports products through the Yekepa-Buchanan rail and port system. ArcelorMittal owns 85% and Liberia owns 15%; Phase 2 is ramping toward 20 Mtpa and the infrastructure pathway can handle up to 30 Mt annually.
