Arcadium Lithium plc was a Jersey-incorporated global lithium producer formed by the Allkem-Livent merger. Rio Tinto acquired and delisted Arcadium in March 2025 and now operates its brine, hard-rock and conversion portfolio. Listing outcome: acquired by Rio Tinto.
