Karibib is an early-stage copper-gold project in Namibia's Damara Belt in which Arcadia currently holds a 68% effective interest through KPE and GPE. Kaoko has begun a four-stage farm-in that may ultimately earn 100% of KPE while paying Arcadia cash, milestone shares and a royalty.
