Nolans is Arafura's 100%-owned, fully permitted open-pit mine and integrated beneficiation, hydrometallurgical extraction and rare-earth separation development. The board took FID in May 2026, Hatch is engaged as EPCM contractor and site enabling work is complete ahead of a targeted September construction start; formal debt and cornerstone financing close remains outstanding.
