A roughly 17,500-hectare brownfield property surrounding the historic Jersey lead-zinc and Emerald tungsten mine complex. The current resource covers open-pit and underground tungsten-molybdenum-gold zones; W grades and contained pounds in the estimate rows are the source's WO3 basis. Historical Pb-Zn material is excluded because of mine-void, assay and economic-extraction uncertainties. On August 10, 2026, the TSX Venture Exchange accepted Apex's staged option with Tungsten Reserve Corp., formerly Fortress Strategic Metals Corp., covering six defined tungsten zones. The option can advance from 25% to 75% and ultimately 100% upon completion of its staged securities, cash, drilling, technical-report and development obligations; Apex retains unrestricted access, exploration, development, extraction and third-party grant rights over all non-tungsten areas.
