Nueva Sabana is a permitted, open-pit gold-copper mine under construction within Minera La Victoria's central Cuban El Pilar concession. Its 500,000 tonne-per-year flotation plant will produce gold and copper-gold concentrates under a fixed-price Xinhai EPC contract; the current PFS schedules four years of mining and about 4.6 years through final sales and rehabilitation.
