Amrize is an independent North American construction-solutions company separated from Holcim in June 2025. It operates more than 1,000 sites across building materials, including cement, aggregates, ready-mix concrete and asphalt, and building-envelope products such as roofing and insulation. Its products and raw-material reserves fall outside the deployed mining commodity taxonomy.
