MVC is Amerigo's wholly owned Chilean tailings-reprocessing operation. It hydraulically extracts historic Cauquenes tailings and processes them alongside fresh El Teniente tailings through grinding and flotation to produce copper and molybdenum concentrates at a plant with nominal capacity of approximately 185,000 tonnes per day.
