American Future Fuel Corporation was the owner of the Cebolleta Uranium Project in New Mexico before Premier American Uranium acquired the company through a plan of arrangement in June 2024. Cebolleta is a sandstone-hosted uranium development project with a preliminary economic assessment completed under its new parent.
