The property encompasses approximately 13,812 hectares in Grand County, Utah. American Critical Minerals' wholly owned U.S. subsidiary holds a 100% interest in eleven Utah potash and lithium leases, eleven federal potash prospecting permits and federal placer claims, with partial areal overlap. Seven drill holes are fully permitted and bonded. The first planned Duma Point AP-S-02 well is adjacent to the historical Quintana Fed 1-1 well and is intended to core potash horizons and sample brines.
