American Critical Minerals Corp., formerly American Potash Corp. (CSE:KCL), is a Canadian-listed mineral explorer focused on its 100%-controlled Green River Potash and Lithium Project in Grand County, Utah. The project combines state potash and lithium leases, federal placer claims and federal potash prospecting permits over Paradox Basin evaporites and brines. Seven exploration holes are permitted and bonded, with the first Duma Point well being prepared for drilling. Green River has conceptual targets for further exploration but no current mineral resource, mineral reserve, economic study or production.
