ALX Resources Corp. was a diversified Canadian explorer with uranium, lithium, nickel, copper and gold interests. Greenridge Exploration acquired all outstanding ALX shares on December 30, 2024, making ALX a wholly owned subsidiary, and the AL listing was removed from the TSX Venture Exchange after December 31, 2024.
